مضع المنتج على السطح الداخلي للفك. ضعه داخل الفم وأغلق أسنانك. اتركه لمدة 2-3 دقائق. أزل الفك، ثم اشطف فمك.
تحذيرات: يستخدم مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 7-10 أيام بعد غسل الاسنان اليومي. كرر العملية كل 6 أشهر أو عند الحاجة.
